Immersing yourself in these world-renowned brands, you will create and deliver first-class marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels, including the planning and delivery of exciting and diverse events. This role is a great opportunity for the successful candidate to put their own stamp on marketing and events management within these brands, and gain valuable experience within a growing, friendly, and fast-paced Marketing team. Job Opportunity No two days will be the same and, working alongside the Senior Marketing Executive, you will plan, deliver, and execute campaigns for Sales and Aftersales. Acting as the brand guardian, you will be proactively working with senior management teams and the Senior Marketing Executive to deliver the following,

  • Develop and deliver impactful marketing and communications campaigns, in line with marketing best practice, for the four brands, across online and offline channels.
  • Expertly create, review, and approve briefs - including copy - to ensure every campaign is of the highest quality, and that our in-house team have all the information they need to deliver the briefed work.
  • Develop and deliver a range of events to attract new prospects to the brands and improve loyalty amongst existing owners.
  • Work with the Digital Marketing Team to deliver effective PPC, SEO, and Social activity. Ensure all brand website content is accurate, optimised, and engaging.
  • Carry out weekly website audits and digital reports, as well as quarterly updates to all marketing collateral.
  • Contribute to administrative tasks and website updates as required to ensure the Marketing Department's success and efficiency.
  • Ensure all campaigns are delivered on time and logged for the manufacturer and key stakeholders are kept updated.
  • Carry out post campaign analysis to make future improvements. Work with the Senior Marketing Executive to ensure campaigns are meeting the agreed Marketing budgets.
  • Gain a great understanding of our markets, sectors, positioning, customers, and competitors to assist in the development and implementation of the overarching marketing strategy.
  • Utilise our Dealer Management Systems in compliance with GDPR to identify appropriate customer segments to target and extract for campaigns. Raise any data quality issues with senior management.
  • Actively participate in sharing ideas, staying up-to-date with latest marketing developments and best practice to personally develop in your role.
  • Due to the nature of this role, travel will be required between dealerships. A marketing/business degree is desired but not essential.
  • You’ll ideally have 2-3 years’ experience in marketing and events, but it doesn’t have to be automotive.
  • A full UK Driving Licence for this role as travel between different sites will be required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with great copywriting skills.
  • A solid understanding of digital marketing, Search Engine Optimisation, and social media, and how they all fit together as part of a coherent marketing strategy.
  • You’ll understand the value and importance of being a team and have confidence to work with colleagues at all levels.
  • Time management and prioritisation skills, with the ability to be proactive when you have a high volume of work, and flexible when faced with changing initiatives from across the business.
  • Creative, detail-orientated, and highly organised. You’ll enjoy thinking outside of the box and bringing new innovative campaigns and events to life.
  • If you feel like you have the skill and ambition to take on a new challenge, we would love to hear from you. Please send us both a CV and a cover letter to apply for this role.
