Job summary

Pursuit Group in Braintree, Essex, is seeking a Marketing Executive to drive our marketing strategy across digital channels and events. You’ll handle LinkedIn-focused content, email campaigns, and blog writing, while updating our website and producing branded materials.

Essentially you’ll manage multiple projects, use Canva for social content, and stay ahead with new tools including AI. This is a hybrid, full-time role with 3 days in-office and 2 from home.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing or related subject, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Experience in social media marketing, especially LinkedIn.
• Experience with email marketing and website content, including blog writing.
• Comfort using Canva or similar platform; able to create social content and make simple design edits.
• Excellent organisational skills with ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Technical mindset and enthusiasm for new technology.
• Drive for continuous professional development.
• Team player who can work independently.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create and schedule content across social channels, with a focus on LinkedIn.
• Write compelling copy across channels, including social posts, emails, webpages and marketing materials.
• Deliver email marketing campaigns to clients and candidates.
• Maintain and update the website, including blogs.
• Create engaging visual and video content for social media with simple design edits.
• Support creation of branded literature such as brochures, flyers and client packs.
• Ensure content aligns with brand and tone of voice.
• Track and report campaign performance using LinkedIn analytics, Google Analytics and email metrics.
• Coordinate client events like Employment Law Seminars and Management Workshops.
• Organise in-person events such as job fairs and community engagement with local schools.
• Contribute to podcasts and emerging content formats.
• Explore new marketing tools and AI technologies to improve team efficiency.
