Job description
Fevara (formerly Carr’s Group) is a leading agricultural manufacturer specialising in livestock nutrition. As Marketing Executive, you’ll work across the full marketing mix to deliver high-impact campaigns that drive awareness, customer engagement, and commercial performance. You’ll act as a vital link between marketing, sales, and trade teams ensuring that every campaign strengthens our brands’ presence in the agricultural marketplace.

Working closely with the Marketing Manager, Graphic Designer, and Commercial and Technical teams, you’ll combine strong marketing know-how with hands‑on execution to deliver campaigns that align with business objectives and brand standards.

The Role and Key Responsibilities:
  • Be a brand and team advocate, who is aligned with the team strategy as well as the wider business strategy to further develop demand generation for our industry leading brands.
  • Work closely with the Marketing Manager, Graphic Designer, Commercial and Technical teams to help develop marketing campaigns that deliver pre‑determined awareness and commercial results.
  • Nurture third‑party relationships with our PR partners, effectively conveying ideas to ensure the consistency of messaging and product positioning.
  • Plan, create & schedule social media content in conjunction with the Marketing Manager, and be a voice in the industry by engaging in conversations with key stakeholders as the voice of our brands.
  • Own the marketing collateral process and register, to ensure brand assets are accounted for and up to date as campaigns develop for the commercial team.
  • Co‑own our presence at industry events with the Marketing Manager, working to ensure we have on‑brand stands or speaking slots that benefit our brand positioning.
  • Work closely with our business units to ensure they have a positive service level from the marketing function.
  • Research and adapt to the ever‑evolving marketing landscape by remaining up to date with latest strategies and trends.
Qualifications and Experience:
Essential:
  • Previous experience in a marketing or communications role (agriculture sector experience desirable).
  • Strong grasp of the marketing mix; digital, events, PR, and brand management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience using social media and digital tools for brand storytelling.
  • Organised, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple projects at once.
Desirable:
  • Degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Google Analytics, or Meta Business Suite.
  • Experience working with external agencies or PR partners.

Salary: up to £42,000 per annum
