Marketing Executive – £28,000 – £30,000 (dependent on experience) – Watford, WD18

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 am – 5:30 pm

Hybrid Working: 1 day per week from home after probation

NOTE: Must own a car and live locally to Watford.

The Role

You won’t just be ticking boxes, you’ll be making things happen. From day one, you’ll get involved in planning and delivering campaigns that reach real customers. You’ll create content, support product launches, and play a big part in how our brands show up across channels. It’s hands‑on, fast‑paced, and full of learning opportunities.

You’ll:

  • Create and manage campaigns that grow brand awareness and boost sales
  • Bring content ideas to life with the social media team
  • Coordinate product launches and retail promotions
  • Organise influencer partnerships and live social events
  • Keep websites up to date with fresh, compelling content
  • Learn from live campaign data to fine‑tune what works
Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and run digital, retail, and social marketing campaigns
  • Manage influencer outreach and TikTok Live events
  • Help organise marketing activations and product displays
  • Proof and manage content to keep messaging sharp
  • Carry out market research and competitor reviews
  • Update website content and promotions
  • Coordinate stock for samples and support order dispatch
