A research organization in Oban is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to enhance their marketing activities. The role involves managing online presence, developing marketing strategies, and leading social media campaigns. Ideal candidates will have strong digital marketing experience, communication skills, and a relevant qualification. This position offers flexible working options and a supportive community.
Location: SAMS, Oban
- Contract Type: Open-ended
- Working Pattern: Full Time – 37 hours per week
- Salary Range: Grade 5/6 (depending on experience); Grade 5: £31,396 - £34,980. Grade 6: £37,099 - £41,732 per annum

The role will support SAMS Enterprise, the Culture Collection of Algae and Protozoa (CCAP) and the Education Teams to develop and enhance marketing activities. This will be achieved through the development and management of digital and traditional marketing materials and events, specific targeting of customer segments and assisting in the implementation of customer relationship management (CRM) software.
