Responsibilities

  • Working alongside marketing specialists across digital, corporate communications and events.
  • Coordinating the production of marketing materials.
  • Briefing external designers and video producers.
  • Collaborating with the events team to support high-quality events.
  • Creating email newsletters and coordinating content.
  • Being a brand guardian ensuring outputs align with brand guidelines.
  • Submitting and tracking invoices against budgets.
  • Measuring the success of marketing activity and providing updates.
  • Ensuring activity planners and timing plans are accurate.
  • Supporting marketing admin efficiencies.

We are looking for a Marketing Executive to join our busy and growingMarketing team . You willplay a key role in bringing our bold three-year vision to life. You’ll be at the heart of delivering innovative, multi-channel marketing initiatives designed to elevate our brand and drive business success.

Working closely with the Marketing Manager, you’ll help deliver a strategic marketing roadmap—turning big ideas into impactful campaigns and contributing to powerful, integrated programmes that make a real difference.

What you’ll be doing
  • Working alongside our marketing specialists across digital, corporate communications and events to deliver effective marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinating the production of marketing materials (including brochures, print ads and digital assets).
  • Briefing and working alongside external designers and video producers.
  • Working collaboratively with the events team to support the delivery of high‑quality events.
  • Supporting with the creation of email newsletters, including coordination of content and building emails within our CRM / Marketing Hub.
  • Being a brand guardian ensuring all outputs align to our brand and tone of voice guidelines.
  • Submitting and tracking invoices against agreed budgets.
  • Helping to measure the success of marketing activity and providing timely updates to feed into reports.
  • Ensuring activity planners and timing plans are accurate and up to date.
  • Supporting team efficiencies by keeping on top of marketing admin and following agreed processes.
  • Working closely with key internal stakeholders, including lawyers, Commercial Business Partners, business development and client development teams where required.
