Job title: Marketing Executive

Reporting to: Marketing Manager

Hours: Full time Mon-Fri 9am-5.30pm (37.5 hours per week)

Location: Ipswich / hybrid (minimum 3 days in the office)

Purpose of the role

We are looking for a proactive and creative individual to join our growing Marketing team. You will work with the Marketing Manager, based in Ipswich, to deliver a wide range of marketing activity, with a focus on business development, marketing campaigns and brand.

The successful candidate will need to have proven experience of running marketing campaigns with a flair for business development and the ability to liaise with senior stakeholders.

You will be driven and happy to work in a fast paced environment, working collaboratively with the team to continue to evolve the firm’s marketing activity and brand awareness.

Main Responsibilities

1. Plan, implement and develop digital marketing and communications campaigns alongside supporting with events
2. Work alongside the Marketing Managers to co-ordinate activity across the team to ensure the successful delivery of campaigns
3. Work closely with Group functions such as HR, Finance and Business Support teams across firm wide projects
4. Work with the Head of Marketing on the continual evolvement the firm’s brand, including the roll out of a revised brand throughout the firm’s marketing activity and client service delivery.

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong project management skills are essential for this role
• Positive team player with ability to work well with a wide range of stakeholders, internally and externally
• Proactive about own training and personal development
• A degree level or marketing related qualification is desirable

Experience

• Proven track record in delivering marketing projects
• Demonstrable experience of delivering projects to brief and on time
• Digital marketing experience
• An understanding of digital marketing techniques including email campaigns, SEO and social media content.
• Strong IT skills and experience in creation of documents in Microsoft software, including Word and PowerPoint.
• Working knowledge of systems such as WordPress, Google Analytics, SurveyMonkey and MailChimp would be advantageous.
