Overview

Our client is an online marketplace offering premium tickets and hospitality packages for live events. They are a passionate team that works only with official suppliers, whether they be venues, teams, promoters or artists to expand their online presence, thereby providing fantastic official access to their customer base. Following the launch of their website in November 2018, they have made substantial progress with regards to supply and investment, which has seen them secure some key partnerships with the likes of Manchester City, Watford FC, the WRU, Scottish Rugby and more.

What you can expect from the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious Marketing Executive. The successful candidate will use their passion for writing and their knowledge of SEO to create effective, optimised content. They will also be proactive, creative, driven and have a genuine interest in live sports and music events.

You will be responsible for producing and optimising blog content for SEO, managing CRM campaigns to nurture leads and enhance customer retention, and contributing to the development of engaging pre-event communications. From on-site messaging to organic content strategy, your work will help strengthen our brand presence, improve search visibility, and ensure a seamless customer journey from discovery to event day. This role requires in-person presence in the office five days a week at our London HQ.

This in-person environment fosters agility. Being together allows our team to make quick decisions and adapt to the constant changes in our industry.

Responsibilities
  • As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring that customers enjoy an outstanding and seamless VIP experience.
  • Support the execution and optimisation of CRM campaigns across email, SMS, and in-app channels.
  • Produce high-quality written content for landing pages and blog articles to support broader SEO goals and increase organic visibility.
  • Collaborate with the content and SEO teams to develop keyword-targeted articles and engaging content that boosts organic visibility and supports lead generation goals.
  • Work closely with the wider marketing, commercial, and data teams to develop targeted customer journeys and lifecycle marketing initiatives.
  • Create, proofread, and schedule engaging, on-brand content that drives engagement and conversions.
  • Segment audiences using CRM tools to ensure the right messages reach the right customers at the right time.
  • Analyse campaign performance metrics and report on results, providing actionable insights to improve future campaigns.
  • Optimise content to increase clicks through to the site and support in conversion.
Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in a CRM, email marketing, content or customer engagement role.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with experience creating digital content that is both user- and SEO-friendly.
  • Strong command of written English with exceptional attention to detail in grammar, tone, and clarity.
  • Comfortable working with customer data and basic analytics to inform campaign strategies.
  • Organised, proactive, and capable of managing multiple campaigns and deadlines.
  • A collaborative team player with a growth mindset and a genuine enthusiasm for enhancing the customer experience.
