About Sage:

Sageis a global academic publisher of books, journals, and library resources with a growing range of technologies to enable discovery, access, and engagement. Believing that research and education are critical in shaping society, Sara Miller McCune founded Sage in 1965. Today, we are controlled by a group of trustees charged with maintaining our independence and mission indefinitely.

Our guaranteed independence means we’re free to:

  • Do more – supporting an equitable academic future, furthering disciplines that drive social change, and helping social and behavioural science make an impact
  • Work together – building lasting relationships, championing diverse perspectives, and co-creating resources to transform teaching and learning
  • Think long-term – experimenting, taking risks, and investing in new ideas
About our Team:

You’ll join our Global Library Product Marketing team, a collaborative and creative group passionate about helping customers discover, access and realise value from Sage Learning Resources. Working closely with Product Innovation, Editorial, Sales, Design and Field and Integrated Marketing teams, we develop compelling product messaging, build resources that support customer engagement, and enable commercial teams to successfully position our products in the market.

Could you be our new Marketing Executive? Are you?
  • Experienced in supporting content or product marketing activities in a B2B environment and able to demonstrate the positive impact of your work?
  • Skilled at creating, editing and refining engaging content for different audiences while maintaining exceptional attention to detail?
  • Confident running multiple projects, priorities, and requests, consistently delivering high-quality outcomes to agreed timelines?
  • A strong communicator who can adapt messaging and content to meet the needs of different audiences, channels and business objectives?
  • Passionate about accuracy and quality, with high attention to detail and experience maintaining and quality-checking content, resources or information that customers and colleagues can trust?
  • Naturally curious and proactive, able to identify challenges, evaluate options and suggest effective approaches that improve results?
  • Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise and drive projects to completion
  • An inclusive and collaborative team player who builds positive relationships across functions?
Your new role:

As a Marketing Executive, you'll play a key role in bringing our product marketing activity to life. You'll help create and coordinate high-quality content, maintain customer-facing and sales enablement resources, and support the delivery of accurate and consistent messaging. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working across multiple projects, collaborating with teams, and turning complex information into clear, engaging communications that make a measurable impact.

  • Deliver high-quality product marketing materials and messaging that supports customer engagement, commercial objectives and product adoption.
  • Coordinate the creation and delivery of marketing assets across the portfolio, ensuring outputs meet agreed quality standards and timelines.
  • Maintain accurate, accessible and up-to-date product information and promotional assets, webpages and resource hubs.
  • Review and proofread marketing content, emails, webpages and promotional assets to ensure consistency, quality and messaging and brand alignment.
  • Coordinate multiple concurrent projects, proactively staying on top of timelines, priorities and expectations to support successful delivery.
  • Identify risks, gaps or opportunities for improvement and recommend practical solutions that enhance quality and efficiency.
  • Contribute product expertise, content and messaging to marketing campaigns, using performance insights and feedback to help optimise future activity.

  • Hybrid working up to 2 days per week in office and a home working allowance.
  • Life assurance, income protection, and travel insurance.
  • Private medical cover and access to the company doctor.
  • Tuition scheme and support for pursuing professional qualifications, including access to Sage books and journals.
  • Variety of snacks and beverages available in the office.
  • Healthy lifestyle reimbursement and anniversary trips.
  • Access to Company loans (season ticket loan, rental deposit loan, cycle loan).
