The Role

This really is the perfect opportunity for a digital marketing executive, marketing & communications executive or aspiring business social media / digital marketing professional to make a real impact at an established and still growing manufacturing business based in the Dartford / Gravesend area.

This new position within the marketing and sales team will focus on leading the company's online presence; from SEO and managing the company website and PPC management, to devising, developing and running digital marketing campaigns on social media including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.

This very interesting and important role within the marketing team will see you devise and implement your own digital marketing strategies, producing engaging content and articles to help develop the profile of this already well established brand.

This role can be a hybrid working model although as we want this person to be a real "part of the team" and engage frequently with all internal departments, we will be looking to have this person based at the office for a minimum of 3 days per week.

  • Lead the company's online presence, including SEO, website management and PPC management.
  • Plan, develop and run digital marketing campaigns on social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.
  • Devise and implement digital marketing strategies; produce engaging content and articles to develop the brand profile.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure alignment of marketing activities.
  • Work in a hybrid model with a minimum of 3 days per week in the office.
  • Support marketing and communications goals across sectors served by the company.

Candidate Requirements

Qualifications
  • Driven and professional with a strong eye for detail and content quality; enthusiasm for digital marketing and proficiency with social media and website platforms (e.g., WordPress).
  • Proven experience managing SEO and website content; experience with PPC management, ROI and budgeting for digital marketing.
  • Experience developing marketing and communications content for social media and digital platforms; experience producing videos and online articles for businesses is a plus.
  • Experience working on articles/videos launched on LinkedIn is highly suitable.
