Marketing Executive – Energy Management Scale-Up

Location: Bank, London (Hybrid)

Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 + Company Bonus

We’re an ambitious and fast-growing scale-up in the energy management systems industry, helping businesses optimise energy use and accelerate their journey toward sustainability and net-zero goals. With a growing client base across the UK and Europe, we’re expanding our marketing function to support our next stage of growth.

The Role

We’re looking for a hands-on Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team and work directly with the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and enjoys taking ownership of a wide variety of marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the delivery of the company’s marketing plan and campaigns.
  • Coordinate and book events, exhibitions, and sponsorships.
  • Manage the production and ordering of branded merchandise and marketing collateral.
  • Assist with event logistics, promotional materials, and on-site marketing support.
  • Liaise with external partners, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure campaigns are delivered effectively.
  • Contribute to content creation, email campaigns, and social media activity.
  • Support digital marketing initiatives (with scope to take on more digital responsibility as the role develops).

About You:

  • 2–4 years of marketing experience, ideally in the energy, technology, or renewables sectors.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a proactive, can-do attitude.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, hands-on scale-up environment.
  • Confident communicator who enjoys collaborating with senior stakeholders.
  • Some experience with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g. HubSpot, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager) would be a bonus.
