Marketing Executive - £34,000 plus fantastic benefits, Egham

Hybrid role - 2 days at home and 3 days in the office.

We’re looking for a talented Marketing Executive Specialist to join a leading organisation based in Egham. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Marketing Executive ready to step up, or someone keen to broaden their experience in a varied, creative role.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you’ll be involved in the full marketing mix – around 90% marketing and 10% PR. From campaign delivery and content creation through to events, internal communications and brand projects, you’ll play a key role in bringing the company’s marketing plans to life.

This role combines flexible working (two days from home, three in the office or out in the field) with the chance to collaborate across teams nationwide. Travel is part of the role, with all expenses covered and a company credit card and phone provided.

What we’re looking for:

• Previous marketing experience (agency or in-house) – PR experience is a bonus
• A creative, proactive approach with strong communication skills
• Someone who enjoys variety and building strong connections across teams
• Ambition to develop and take on more responsibility
