Overview

12 month fixed term contract for a generalist marketing executive. Opportunity to join a high performing team. Working with investment fund providers.

What’s the purpose of your role?

You will play a key role in nurturing our partnerships with fund providers. You’ll work closely with Sales, owning the relationship with fund providers to deliver a tailored suite of content (including video, blog, online and in-person events) to our adviser audience. Internally this role is called Marketing Associate.

You\'ll deliver exceptional marketing support under 5 key themes:

  1. Partner relationship management
  2. Conferences and awards events
  3. Online events
  4. CRM and content marketing
  5. Reporting
What you\'ll need to succeed

Skills

  • Good interpersonal skills: ability to create strong rapport and build trust quickly
  • Strong organisational skills: ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, prioritise work
  • Attention to detail in all work (layout, grammar, consistency etc.)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft365, Canva, WordPress

Experience

  • 3-5 years of marketing or account-management experience
  • Experience in financial services preferred but not essential

Approach to work

  • Ambitious and humble in equal measure: this role will juggle admin tasks with high-profile strategic partner relationships
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a pride in the quality of every piece of work that they are involved with
  • Proactive, self-driven and able to work independently; also, comfortable collaborating as part of a team
  • Flexible, adaptable to changing priorities and able to work under pressure when required
  • Open to feedback and keen to learn
Location

This is a hybrid role spending 3 days a week working with colleagues. At least 1 day per week in our central London office where the team come together as a whole but the other days can be in Teddington or Haddenham.
