Juliet Media produces the global Digital Asset Week (DAWeek) conference series in London, New York, and Hong Kong, focused on digital assets, market infrastructure, blockchain, and institutional adoption. We work with leading banks, asset managers, fintech innovators and technology providers to deliver high-quality, industry-defining events.

Role Overview

We are hiring a Marketing & Partnerships Executive to take ownership of our marketing strategy, audience growth and sponsor liaison.

This role is ideal for someone with B2B conference marketing experience who can manage campaigns end-to-end, maintain high-quality databases, and drive engagement across LinkedIn, email and web channels.

Once established, the role will gradually expand to include direct contact with prospects and existing sponsors, supporting sales conversations and enhancing partner relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Campaign Execution
  • Plan and execute multi-channel marketing across LinkedIn, email, and event websites
  • Manage day-to-day updates on WordPress event sites (with technical support available)
  • Write and schedule LinkedIn posts to promote agendas, speakers, sponsors and registrations
  • Build and segment email campaigns for sponsors, speakers, prospects and attendees
  • Coordinate design work with external designers (banners, brochures, email visuals)
Database & CRM Ownership
  • Ensure clean data, correct segmentation and strong GDPR compliance
  • Support audience growth by continually expanding relevant contact lists
Partnership & Sales Support (after settling into the role)
  • Liaise directly with sponsors regarding logos, profiles, materials and approvals
  • Support outreach to prospects and warm leads alongside the partnerships/sales team
  • Track sponsor deliverables and ensure partner visibility across marketing channels
Event Support
  • Assist onsite at our three international conferences (NY, London, HK); potentially more will be added.
  • Support onsite sponsor management and branding delivery
  • Capture marketing content and ensure post-event communication is executed smoothly
About You
  • Experience in B2B conference marketing is essential
  • Experience in finance, fintech or digital assets is an advantage but not required
  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn marketing, email campaigns and website management
  • Comfortable updating WordPress (with full technical support available)
  • Highly organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple parallel campaigns
  • Excellent written English and attention to detail
  • Confident working with databases and CRM platforms
  • Proactive, bright, quick to learn and comfortable taking ownership
  • Looking to grow into a role involving sponsor liaison and commercial responsibilities
