The Role

As our Marketing Executive, you'll be at the heart of how we communicate our brand. From creating standout campaigns to managing digital channels, you'll help Castle Industrial reach the right audience and strengthen our market presence.

You’ll get hands‑on with:

• Crafting engaging content for social media, email, and our website
• Running and optimising Google Ads and LinkedIn campaigns
• Driving email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and customers
• Managing website content and SEO to improve visibility
• Supporting PR, outreach, and campaign reporting
• Creating branded product spec sheets and other marketing materials

No two days will be the same - you'll combine creativity, analysis, and strategic thinking to make our marketing sharper, smarter, and more effective.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in digital marketing, including Google Ads, LinkedIn, and email platforms
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects
• A results-driven, adaptable, and creative mindset
• Bonus: familiarity with CRM tools and reporting systems

The Details

• Hours: Monday-Friday (7:30 am - 4:30 pm with 1 hr lunch OR 8 am - 4:30 pm with 30 mins lunch)
• Location: Carnforth, office-based (some flexibility negotiable)
