  • Plan, prepare, and distribute newsletters, event invitations, and other outbound campaigns using the firm’s email marketing platform (Vuture), ensuring compliance with data protection, brand standards, and campaign objectives.
  • Manage campaign data records of marketing activity in the firm’s CRM system and assist in tracking the effectiveness of marketing activities and contribute to post‑campaign reviews and reporting.
  • Work collaboratively with the firm’s PR and Digital Communications teams to supply divisional content for the website, social media channels, and internal communications platforms. Contribute to internal updates highlighting divisional marketing initiatives and successes, ensuring all materials are accurate, engaging, on‑brand, and appropriately approved.
  • Maintain and enhance the firm’s digital presence across relevant website pages, online profiles, and listings to ensure consistency, professionalism, and alignment with campaign objectives.

  • Digital literacy: familiarity with CRM systems (InterAction), email marketing platforms (e.g. Vuture), and content management systems for web updates.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills: able to draft clear, accurate, and engaging copy, and liaise confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
