A community health organization is seeking a dynamic Marketing Executive to join their new team in Bolton. This role focuses on content creation and social media management, helping to enhance the visibility of life-changing health services. Key responsibilities include managing digital media campaigns, creating engaging marketing content, and collaborating with regional teams. This full-time position offers a salary of up to £30,000 and provides flexible working options including remote work.
As part of a newly created team, were looking for a Marketing Executive with a strong focus on content creation and social media, alongside other core marketing activity such as email, PPC, PR, website management, printed media and internal communications. This is a wonderful role that is tasked with bringing our life-changing services to life online, telling the stories of the people and communities that benefit from this change.
The role will work as part of an experienced marketing team to deliver high-quality marketing campaigns across all ABL regional services, including Your Health, BeU and Healthy Lifestyles, supporting the achievement of referral and attendance targets. Responsibilities include creating engaging content for multiple social media channels, managing paid digital media and email nurture campaigns to drive referrals, and developing website and app content in collaboration with regional teams, web specialists and software developers. The role will also work closely with regional stakeholders to understand local needs and co-create tailored marketing plans, while contributing to the development of an effective, best-in-class marketing function.

KeyResponsibilities
Work within an experienced marketing team toprovide an outstanding marketing campaigns for all the ABL regional services(Your Health, BeU, Healthy Lifestyles) to ensure we achieve our referral andattendance targets.
Create engaging content for multiple social mediaprofiles to amplify our services and results.
Work closely with the regional teams to understandtheir needs, and co-creating regional marketing content and execution plans tohelp meet local service targets.
Manage paid digital media campaigns and emailnurture campaigns to drive referrals.
Create new website and app content working with theregional teams on requirements, and the web and software developers ondelivery.
Contribute to the shaping and building of aneffective marketing function, helping the new team to evolve into a best inclass department.
About You
A dynamic, creative mindset with the ability topositively contribute to a team with ideas, passion and enthusiasm.
Experience managing content planning, production,scheduling and engagement across multiple social profiles.
Experience of one of these 2 areas we dontexpect you to be proficient in both, but to have good hands on experience ofone.
Strong content creation and video skills, includingfilming and editing a variety of people including staff and service users.
Strong experience of managing multiple highlytargeted, paid social media campaigns and optimising according to performancedata.
Experience using AI tools for content creation suchas copy, video, and imagery.
Comfortable taking a performance marketingapproach; reviewing analytics and data to help shape content execution andmedia planning.
Experience of healthcare marketing or anenvironment requiring emotive storytelling is beneficial.
Comfortable working remotely and still developingclose relationships with regional stakeholders, and travelling to differentoffices regularly for content production.
Experience with some of the following: MetaBusiness Suite, LinkedIn Ads, Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, Wordpress, Sanity,Google Analytics, video editing software.

The postholder must attend any training that is identified as mandatory to their role.
