The Role

As the Marketing Executive, you'll work closely with the Group Marketing Manager to plan and deliver creative, effective campaigns across digital and traditional channels. You'll take ownership of social media activity, content creation, events, and brand communications — helping to amplify the company's profile and support growth objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver marketing campaigns to promote products and services globally
  • Manage and grow the company's social media presence (especially LinkedIn)
  • Create engaging content for email, web, print, and social platforms
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support sales and promotional initiatives
  • Maintain brand consistency across all materials
  • Analyse campaign performance and adjust strategies for improvement
  • Coordinate trade shows, events, and promotional activities
  • Use HubSpot CRM to manage campaigns and track data
About You

You'll be a creative and motivated marketer who thrives in a B2B environment. You'll bring a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on delivery, with a genuine passion for storytelling and brand engagement.

Requirements
  • Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communications (CIM qualification desirable)
  • Experience in a B2B marketing role
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and trends
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM systems
  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills
  • Familiarity with website CMS and Adobe Creative Cloud preferred
