Job summary

Crimson Education is a leading college admissions consultancy helping students gain admission to top universities worldwide. This UK-based role supports the Marketing Manager and Country Manager in delivering local marketing through events, content creation, and targeted digital campaigns.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in digital marketing, experience across Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and Google Ads, and strong content and design skills. Some travel for UK/Europe events is expected.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in a digital marketing role.
Experience creating digital marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and Google Ads.
Proven proficiency in event management and project coordination.

Responsibilities

Support Marketing Manager and Country Manager to drive local marketing through events, content, localisation and digital targeting.
Manage end-to-end events: calendar, speakers, assets, hosting webinars, performance analysis.
Create engaging content and advertising assets for events and services.
Plan and execute in-person events including venues, speakers, and logistics.
Execute email campaigns and report on performance metrics.
Develop innovative marketing strategies and initiatives.
