Lloyd Recruitment Services is seeking a Marketing & Events Assistant in East Grinstead to support marketing, events and communications activities. The role involves creating social media content, updating website information and assisting with events and fundraising initiatives.

The ideal candidate is a recent graduate or has a couple of years of relevant experience, with strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organised, proactive and able to manage competing priorities.
• Creative, with an interest in marketing, communications and events.
• Confident using social media and digital platforms.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• A degree in Marketing, PR, Communications, Media or a related subject would be beneficial, but relevant experience and transferable skills will also be considered.

Responsibilities

• Supporting marketing, PR and communications activities.
• Creating and updating social media content and website information.
• Assisting with the planning and coordination of events.
• Supporting fundraising initiatives and relationship management.
• Maintaining databases and CRM records.
• Providing general administrative and project coordination support.
• Responding to enquiries and helping ensure the smooth running of activities.
