Marketing & Events Co‑ordinator

Join Thatcham Research as a Marketing & Events Co‑ordinator and play a key role in delivering impactful campaigns and events that connect with our automotive, insurance and repair audiences. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our communications and events strategy, ensuring our campaigns resonate with our members, partners, and customers. From planning and delivering high‑profile events to managing CRM data and marketing assets, you’ll play a key part in connecting our brand with the industry and beyond. Responsibilities
  • Support marketing and communications campaigns through content scheduling, asset coordination, and reporting.
  • Manage CRM contact data to ensure accuracy and enable targeted outreach.
  • Coordinate logistics for hosted, attended, and digital events - making every detail count.
  • Provide vital administrative support, including diary management and meeting preparation.
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure seamless delivery of marketing initiatives and member engagement.

  • An initial telephone screening call with our Recruitment Business Partner.
  • First interview with the hiring manager, usually via Teams.
  • Second/Final interview, in‑person at our office (we may give you a role specific task to present on!).

Working Hours
