A leading publishing company is seeking a Marketing Director to cover maternity leave. This hybrid role involves developing marketing strategies, managing campaigns, and overseeing budgets. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in Partworks marketing, strong leadership skills, and a background in subscription-based business models. Qualifications

  • Substantial proven experience ideally in Partworks marketing and/or direct marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with media buying across various channels.
  • Comfortable managing budgets and utilising spreadsheets for strategic oversight.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy.
  • Lead on end-to-end marketing campaigns across channels.
  • Manage P&Ls and the overall R&D budget.
