We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented IMC Director to join our high-performing Integrated Marketing Communications team in Ninja. In this role, you will drive the local execution of integrated marketing campaigns that create consumer engagement, product awareness and commercial impact throughout the entire consumer journey.

You will work cross-functionally with the global and local marketing teams, creative, media, digital, PR, AMZ and retail teams to ensure consistency and cohesion in how Ninja campaigns show up across all consumer touchpoints— locally and at scale.

Key Responsibilities
  • Local execution of global 360° IMC plans for new product launches, brand campaigns, and seasonal promotions
  • Manage and track campaign deliverables, timelines, and budgets across internal and external partners
  • Responsible for trafficking of all media assets to internal and external agencies
  • Serve as a point of contact between global and local teams to provide direction on messaging, creative assets, and media strategies based on Global IMC direction
  • Lead the development of local creative briefs and contribute to Global messaging frameworks and content planning
  • Collaborate with media, PR, influencer, social, D2C and retail teams to ensure consistent execution of the campaign strategy
  • Monitor campaign performance and assist in preparing post-campaign analysis, recaps, and presentations
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform campaign planning and brand storytelling
  • Stay current on marketing trends, consumer insights, and emerging technologies relevant to the Shark Home business
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • 8-12 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or communications, preferably in a fast-paced consumer goods environment
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint and Excel); experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Smartsheet) is a plus
  • Passion for innovation, storytelling, and driving consumer impact
  • Comfortable working in a high-growth, agile environment with cross-functional teams
