Job summary

Eaton Creek is seeking a Marketing and Admissions Liaison to develop, coordinate, and administer our facility’s marketing and public relations programs. You will build relationships with Nashville-area hospitals and case managers to generate referrals and maximize occupancy.

Reporting to the Administrator and Admissions, you will convert referrals into admissions, track census growth, and maintain strong communication with referral sources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a health care marketing/public relations setting preferred.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business materials; strong writing skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Starting Salary

Ideal Candidate

• Established relationships with Nashville-area hospitals and case managers required.
• Demonstrated track record of increasing SNF census and generating referrals.
• Strong understanding of the hospital-to-SNF discharge and referral process.
• Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
• Highly motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced admissions environment.
• Previous SNF, healthcare marketing, hospital liaison, or business development experience preferred.

Qualification

Education and/or Experience

Must possess, as a minimum, A Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college/university, or equivalent. (Five (5) years experience in marketing/public relations in a health care setting may be recognized in lieu of a Bachelor’s Degree.)

Language Skills

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers and employees.

Mathematical Skills

Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations.

Reasoning Ability

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations To perform this job successfully, an individual must be proficient in the Microsoft Suite products.
