Responsibilities
  • Contact, educate, and qualify inbound prospective customers to generate qualified sales opportunities.
  • Leverage tools and resources (email, phone, web conferencing, webinars, in‑person events) to engage prospects.
  • Develop sales acumen: master prospecting, discovery, and lead qualification processes.
  • Consistently track, meet, and exceed targets.
  • Learn how Starburst technology addresses the technical and business challenges of enterprises.
  • Collaborate with assigned Account Executive(s) to create sales opportunities in the assigned territory.
Qualifications
  • Business‑level fluency in French, including strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Hard‑working, self‑starter with the ability to handle a high volume of activity while maintaining a positive, energetic persona.
  • Strong phone skills, including listening, presentation, and objection handling; good writing skills.
  • Desire to win and motivation to build a successful sales career.
  • Ability to prioritise and reprioritise tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and demonstrate attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with standard productivity tools (e.g., Google Docs, MS Office, web conferencing).
  • Team player with high integrity.
  • Ability to travel: occasional in‑person travel for onboarding, team offsites, customer engagements, and events. Travel expectations vary by role and business needs.
Where could this role be based?
  • London office; hybrid model with an expectation to be onsite 2‑3 days per week.
