Job summary

Ekimetrics is seeking a Senior Manager for Data Science & Marketing Effectiveness (MMM) in London. You will lead strategic client programs, manage multi-account portfolios, and drive growth while ensuring high-quality delivery and governance across analytics projects.

You will mentor teams, translate complex model outputs into actionable business insights, and contribute to RFPs and pitches to strengthen market visibility. The role emphasizes leadership, collaboration, and delivering ROI.

Qualifications

• 9+ years’ experience in econometrics, MMM, marketing effectiveness, or data science analytics.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Statistics, Econometrics, Data Science, Economics, Applied Mathematics, Marketing Analytics, or related field.
• Knowledge in Python, SQL, Excel, and visualisation tools; experience with Databricks, Azure, or other cloud/data platforms is a plus.
• Deep understanding of econometrics, regression, Bayesian statistics, and advanced modelling techniques.
• Proven ability to handle large datasets, optimise pipelines, and deliver high-quality outputs.
• Fluent English is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple high-impact programs for strategic clients and manage multi-account portfolios.
• Oversee teams, ensure delivery excellence, and strengthen market position.
• Define and monitor strategic project roadmaps using Ekimetrics models and standards.
• Ensure governance: data quality, model accuracy, actionable insights, and on-time delivery.
• Pilot portfolio growth, margin, costs, and ROI to meet objectives.
• Translate analytics into narratives and recommendations for senior stakeholders and C-suite clients.
• Support clients in optimizing marketing spend and campaign performance.
