A leading travel services company in London seeks a Marketing Data Analyst to support product managers through data analysis and the creation of dashboards. Ideal candidates will have strong analytical skills, experience in marketing data analysis, and a proven ability to translate data into actionable insights. We are looking for a fulltime and permanent Marketing Data Analyst to join our team. Global Blue has an ambition to build traveller-facing products that hyper-personalize the TFS experience. As a Marketing Data Analyst, you will support the Product Managers to achieve this ambition through building a better understanding of traveler needs and behaviors. This will involve the gathering and analysis of a wide range of data and, as such, you need to be comfortable working with complex data sets and able to translate data into meaningful insights and stories that can be shared with the business. The role will have responsibility for the development and productionisation of regular Traveller Engagement dashboards and reports, providing an improved view of how travellers are engaging with Global Blue across our transactional and marketing products. In this role, you will also be expected to advise on and conduct relevant ad hoc analysis to help inform the optimistiation of existing touchpoints and features as well as the identification and establishment of new ones.
