  • Catalogue & Publication Management : Take full responsibility for the creation of US product catalogues. This involves liaising with our third‑party catalogue designer and competently conveying all technical specifications from the New Product Introduction (NPI) programme into a clear, desired format for the designer to work from.
  • Digital Marketing & Social Media : Demonstrate the ability to plan, execute, and monitor social media campaigns tailored to the US market, showing a firm grasp of key social media metrics and performance analysis.
  • Event Coordination : Proactively assist in the planning, arrangement, and execution of trade days and national exhibitions within the US.
  • Design & Campaign Execution : Proficiency in using design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) to create ad hoc marketing materials, including signage for display areas, promotional literature, and professional e‑shots. Must also understand and be able to utilise email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Mailgun) for targeted US campaigns.
