Job summary

Bywater is seeking an in-house Marketing Coordinator to be the voice inside the business, managing social media and content, and coordinating the 2027 conference and events programme in London.

You will work with senior leaders to turn visibility into conversations and pipeline, delivering investor briefs, managing calendars, and supporting CRM, scheduling, and analytics tools. Hybrid role, three days in the office.

Qualifications

• Experience running brand social channels (LinkedIn essential).
• Experience coordinating events or conferences end to end.
• Excellent writing, with ability to adapt tone for investors and partners.

Responsibilities

• Manage social media and content across LinkedIn and Instagram.
• Coordinate conferences and events logistics, guest management and follow-up.
• Produce investor briefs and maintain the relationship tracker.
• Support campaigns, brand, and PR with agency partners.
