We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly organised Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing team. Reporting to the Brand and Marketing Manager, this role will play a key part in planning, coordinating, and attending events that showcase Collins Earthworks within the agricultural, construction, and local community sectors.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate, plan, and deliver all events in the company calendar.
- Act as the main point of contact for event organisers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
- Arrange logistics including stand set‑up, transport, branding materials, hospitality, and staff requirements.
- Ensure all events reflect and promote the Collins Earthworks brand consistently and professionally.
- Work closely with the Brand and Marketing Manager to develop event strategies, campaigns, and post‑event evaluations.
- Manage stock of promotional items, marketing materials, and branded merchandise.
- Provide event reports, including feedback, attendance statistics, and opportunities for improvement.
- Support additional marketing activities and projects as required.
Qualifications
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple events and deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence dealing with external partners and the public.
- Creativity and attention to detail to ensure events are engaging and impactful.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when required for events.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management tools/software.
- Experience managing social media campaigns and using scheduling tools.
- Knowledge of marketing principles, including brand management and campaign coordination.
- Confidence in using social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) to promote events and share live and scheduled updates.
- Ability to create engaging content for promotional materials, event literature, and digital channels.
Experience
- Previous experience in an events, marketing, or coordination role.
- Experience within agricultural, construction, or related industries.
- Budget management and supplier liaison experience.
- Resilience and ability to work well under pressure.
License / Certification
- Clean Full UK Driving Licence (essential, due to travel to events).
- Marketing qualification desired but not essential.
