Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive, creative and delivery-focused Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. You'll lead on the day-to-day execution of GAIN's marketing across digital channels, while also playing a key role in developing new ideas, testing tools, and helping us evolve how we work.

Campaign Delivery & Content
  • Plan and manage the content calendar (Monday.com), ensuring consistent delivery across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, email and web
  • Create high-performing content (copy, visuals, video) aligned with our brand voice and strategy
  • Draft and schedule email campaigns and newsletters (GetResponse)
  • Produce video and podcast assets using templates/tools (CapCut, Riverside FM)
  • Support with guest bookings & briefings for GAIN Meets podcast
Brand, Community & Stakeholder Relationships
  • Ensure all content and campaigns are on-brand and reflect GAIN's positioning
  • Manage and maintain asset libraries (imagery, testimonials, decks, logos)
  • Monitor and respond to audience engagement, building our online community
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders, partners and collaborators, ensuring clear communication and alignment across projects
Performance, Insights & Process Improvement
  • Collect, analyse and report on engagement metrics, providing insights and recommendations
  • Conduct market and audience research to inform campaign development
  • Anticipate challenges and propose solutions, adapting quickly and contributing to process improvements that enhance delivery
Innovation & AI
  • Test and recommend digital tools (including AI solutions) to improve efficiency and impact
  • Identify opportunities to automate routine tasks, while ensuring quality and brand consistency
Team Support
  • Provide marketing support to internal teams via structured request processes
  • Assist with general marketing administration and cross-team projects
Responsibilities & Qualifications

This is a role for someone with 2+ years of hands-on experience who wants to take ownership of campaigns, content and community building, while being supported to grow into a more strategic voice in a small, ambitious team, taking responsibility for improving processes and contributing to how we work.

  • 2+ years' experience in a marketing assistant/coordinator role
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills (static, video, short-form)
  • Experience with scheduling and content management tools
  • Confidence using Canva, GetResponse, CRM software, and web editing tools
  • Analytical mindset with ability to report and make recommendations
  • A self-starter attitude with excellent time management and attention to detail
  • Creative, adaptable and eager to test new approaches
  • Ability to take accountability for decisions, timelines and outcomes, ensuring delivery against objectives

This is a full time role. We offer flexible working around team core hours, to be discussed with line management upon commencement of employment.

Location

Home-working but based in London (or surrounding areas) with some limited, ad-hoc travel.
