Location : Exeter (office-based with one day WFH)

Sector : Residential property / construction

Employment Model : Full-time, permanent (Mon–Fri, 8:30am–5pm)

Travel : Occasional regional travel required

We’re working with a leading regional business seeking a Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join their South West team. Operating within a fast-paced environment, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone with marketing experience ideally within housing, property or construction who enjoys variety, thrives on delivering high-quality campaigns, and can confidently manage multiple projects.

You’ll support both sales and marketing functions, working closely with senior leadership, field-based teams, and external agencies. This role would suit someone who enjoys combining digital marketing, content creation, and brand coordination with hands-on campaign delivery across multiple platforms and channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate regional marketing activity across digital, social media, PR, email, and print
  • Create engaging content and act as regional lead for social media, aligned with brand standards
  • Maintain website and portal listings, ensuring accuracy and consistency
  • Work with external marketing agencies and internal stakeholders to support campaign delivery
  • Analyse website and campaign performance, identifying recommendations for improvement
  • Produce regular reports for leadership including marketing metrics, budgets, and lead generation activity
  • Support site launches, community engagement initiatives, and local events
  • Liaise with Sales Managers to provide marketing support and best practice guidance
  • Maintain accurate data records and uphold GDPR compliance
We’re Looking For :
  • Experience in a marketing or sales coordination role (property sector advantageous but not essential)
  • Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for brand consistency
  • Comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders and external suppliers
  • Full driving licence and willingness to travel regionally on occasion
