Operating from a stylish Beaconsfield office with occasional travel to central London, this role sits at the heart of a growing creative group with an international client base. Reporting directly to the CEO and Head of Business Development, the successful candidate will take the lead on shaping strategic marketing activity while also delivering hands‑on execution across channels.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and imaginative marketer looking to step into a leadership role with real influence and career progression.

Key Responsibilities
  • Shape and deliver a multi‑brand marketing strategy to support commercial growth across diverse product lines.
  • Craft distinctive brand messaging, aligning design‑led visual and written content across all touchpoints.
  • Plan and execute targeted campaigns for B2B audiences, including global buyers, designers, and decision‑makers.
  • Manage content development across blogs, case studies, social media, video and storytelling – balancing brand individuality with group cohesion.
  • Handle internal and external communications, including press releases, public announcements, and strategic partnerships.
  • Use performance data and analytics to refine campaigns and report insights to the senior team.
  • Collaborate with designers, videographers and creative partners to maintain a high standard of brand output.
  • Conduct competitor and market research, turning insights into tactical recommendations.
  • Lead go‑to‑market strategies for new product launches and category expansions.
  • Keep ahead of emerging trends, digital tools and evolving customer expectations.
What You’ll Bring
  • A strategic mindset with hands‑on execution skills.
  • A proactive, commercially focused approach with a drive for tangible results.
  • Strong analytical capabilities; comfortable interpreting data and adapting strategies in real‑time.
  • A flair for visual and verbal storytelling across digital channels.
  • Demonstrated success in a marketing leadership role within a fast‑paced B2B or e‑commerce environment.
  • Impeccable writing skills and consistency in brand voice.
  • Ability to guide, influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders and creative teams.
  • Familiarity with automation tools, AI platforms and modern productivity technology.
Desirable Extras
  • Experience with outbound lead‑generation tools like Instantly or Clay.
  • Previous exposure to creative sectors such as design, interiors or architecture (non‑essential).
  • Knowledge of Shopify, GA4, SEO, or PPC.
  • Understanding of long‑cycle B2B sales and account‑based marketing.
  • Exposure to video direction or content production.
Why Apply
  • Work with a well‑established brand group and recognised market presence.
  • Competitive salary of £35,000–£40,000, with clear pathways for progression.
  • A dynamic, creative environment with influence at senior level.

This role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact in a creative and fast‑evolving business. If you’re an ambitious marketer ready to shape the future of multiple brands, we’d love to hear from you.
