Job summary

Oxera Consulting LLP is seeking a hands-on Marketing and Communications Manager to own the external communications and thought leadership agenda. You will personally write, edit and shape content, run campaigns daily, and ensure every deliverable reflects the Oxera brand.

You will manage content across articles, podcasts, videography and direct communications, while safeguarding visual, verbal and sonic identity and amplifying the firm’s profile through media and PR opportunities.

Qualifications

• Hands-on operator who writes, edits and produces content directly.
• Excellent copywriting across formats in a distinctive brand voice.
• Attention to detail: content must be accurate, polished and on-brand.

Responsibilities

• Lead thought leadership campaigns and strategic content.
• Deliver and optimise integrated marketing campaigns to win new customers and grow portfolios.
• Manage marketing content end-to-end (articles, podcasts, videography, direct comms).
• Shape events content and marketing strategies with the Events Programme Manager.
• Develop and manage the Oxera brand across assets and channels.
• Lead PR and media opportunities and announcements.
