Marketing Communications Lead ;Nottingham (Full:time, Office:based)

Are you a talented communicator who loves turning complex ideas into clear, engaging content?

I am looking for a Marketing Communications Lead to join a growing team that's serious about storytelling, collaboration, and making an impact.

They are a UK:based family owed group of specialist in mechanical and electrical (M and E) fixings and support systems, helping customers deliver safer, better:built projects through quality products, technical insight, and trusted expertise.

You’ll be at the heart of the marketing function, shaping how we communicate across channels, creating campaigns that connect with customers, and helping the business achieve ambitious growth goals.

This role is perfect for someone who's naturally curious, loves to learn, and wants to dive deep into understanding our products so they can market them with confidence and creativity.

What You’ll Do...
  • Craft high:quality written content : from articles and case studies to emails, social posts, and sales materials.
  • Turn technical information into simple, engaging messages that inform and inspire.
  • Plan and deliver multi:channel marketing campaigns that build awareness and generate qualified leads.
  • Collaborate closely with digital and media teams to ensure consistent, impactful storytelling.
  • Analyse campaign results to continuously refine and improve performance.
What We’re Looking For...
  • Proven experience in marketing communications, copywriting, or content creation.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a strong eye for detail.
  • A natural curiosity : you love learning about products, audiences, and industries.
  • Organised, proactive, and comfortable working across teams.
  • Experience in construction or technical industries is a plus (but not essential).
  • Knowledge of HubSpot or similar CRM tools is advantageous.
