Burberry is looking for a motivated and passionate assistant to join our EMEIA Marketing & Communications team. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage samples for editorial, marketing activations, and talent dressing, ensuring timely and efficient trafficking between internal teams and external partners.
• Maintain accurate contact databases and assist with administrative tasks, including invoicing and tracking purchase orders.
• Monitor media coverage across print, digital, and social platforms, compiling reports and liaising with regional agencies for seamless reporting.
• Coordinate gifting and seeding programs, working closely with UK and international teams to ensure smooth execution of product placements.
• Support event coordination, assisting with logistics and ensuring all tasks are delivered on time.
