Responsibilities
- Assist the marketing team in delivering campaigns and creating content across the group.
- Help coordinate marketing activities for different brands, ensuring timely delivery of assets and updates.
- Support the set‑up and scheduling of social media and email campaigns.
- Help maintain and update the company website, including uploading content and images.
- Compile performance data from campaigns and assist in preparing reports.
- Help organise internal events and team activities.
- Liaise with external agencies to support project delivery under guidance from senior team members.
Qualifications
- At least two years’ experience in marketing either agency or client side with hands‑on involvement across both digital and offline channels.
- Motivated by results and excited to see campaigns drive real leads and opportunities for the business.
- Confident building relationships with stakeholders at all levels, people enjoy working with you.
- Creative and comfortable turning ideas into engaging visuals, video, or copy.
- Tech‑savvy, ideally with experience using tools like WordPress, email platforms, social scheduling tools or CRM.
- Enjoy rolling up your sleeves and getting stuck in whether the task is big and complex, or small and quick.
- Thrive in a fast‑paced environment where no two days are the same.
- Curious, resourceful and not afraid to approach challenges from a different angle.
