This is a high‑profile role that demands creativity, strategic insight, and executional excellence.

As the Marketing Campaign Manager, you will be responsible for end‑to‑end campaign management: from go‑to‑market planning and media strategy, liaising with key stakeholders and obtaining approvals, through to partnerships, digital activations, and performance tracking. You’ll collaborate with internal teams, agencies, sponsors and creative partners to deliver a best‑in‑class marketing campaign that drives excitement, engagement and conversion.

This is a 12‑month fixed term contract.

What you’ll do:
  • Develop and lead the integrated marketing strategy for Mundo Pixar, aligning with ticketing, PR and partnership objectives.
  • Define clear KPIs and sales milestones to achieve the ticket goal.
  • Identify audience segments and tailor messaging for diverse demographics, from families and fans to tourists and culture enthusiasts.
  • Build and manage a comprehensive marketing calendar across all channels.
Media & Digital Marketing
  • Oversee paid media strategy and execution (digital, OOH, TV, radio, print) in collaboration with media partners.
  • Drive data‑led digital marketing initiatives across paid social, search, programmatic and CRM.
  • Optimize performance marketing to maximise ROI and conversion.
  • Ensure consistent storytelling and visual identity across all platforms.
Brand & Partnerships
  • Work closely with Pixar brand teams and local partners to ensure brand alignment and compliance with guidelines.
  • Negotiate and activate promotional partnerships, tourism collaborations and influencer campaigns.
  • Oversee creative asset production, content calendars and media approvals.
Sponsorship
  • Organise and run weekly meetings with all stakeholders to update on progress and delivery of the partnership.
  • Manage and update a shared document with all contract partnership deliverables and responsibilities.
  • Manage a budget for any expenses related to the partnership and any artwork and creative approvals with all stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely delivery of partnership assets to meet contractual obligations – marketing, social, PR, etc.
  • Organise and manage tickets for partners.
  • Prepare a mid‑run and end‑of‑campaign report with results from the event, partnership deliverables and relevant metrics.
Stakeholder & Budget Management
  • Manage campaign budgets, reporting and forecasting.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (ticketing, PR, production, operations) to align campaign milestones with event delivery.
  • Provide regular updates to leadership on performance metrics, insights and optimisation plans.
Measurement & Reporting
  • Track campaign effectiveness and ticket sales against KPIs.
  • Deliver regular campaign reports and post‑campaign analysis with recommendations for future improvement.
Who you are:
  • Extensive experience in large‑scale, multimillion‑£ marketing campaign management, preferably in live entertainment, events or consumer experiences.
  • Proven success in delivering large‑scale ticketed campaigns with significant revenue targets.
  • Strong understanding of integrated marketing channels and customer acquisition strategies.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Data‑driven with hands‑on experience in campaign analytics and performance optimisation.
  • Creative mindset with an ability to translate brand storytelling into measurable impact.
  • Experience managing external agencies and complex partner relationships.
  • Experience marketing major IP‑driven experiences, exhibitions or entertainment brands.
  • Extensive knowledge of the local market and cultural landscape.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, ticketing systems and audience insight tools.
What we give you:
  • Join a vibrant global community with the opportunity to channel your passion every day.
  • A modern office environment designed for you, empowering you to bring your best.
  • Investment in your professional growth and development enabling you to thrive in our vibrant community.
  • The space to accelerate progress, positively disrupt and create what happens next.
  • We give you the platform to champion positive change, with the opportunity to contribute to our social impact, diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives.
  • Excellent range of benefits like private medical cover, a generous pension scheme, life assurance, income protection and loads of other perks.
