You’llbe hands-on with email, social, and paid channels, as well as leading the development of automation and nurture programs in HubSpot.You’llalso collaborate closely with our Senior Marketing Executive, Head of Partnerships, and Video Specialist to deliver campaigns and product marketing support.

Whatyou’lldo:
  • Plan, build, and execute multi-channel campaigns (email, social, paid) to drive engagement and conversions. You will manage this by co-ordinating ourcampaign calendarwhich isaligned to product launchesand quarterly themes.
  • Collaboratewith our team consisting of aSenior Content Marketing Executive, Head of Partnerships, and Video Specialist to deliver integrated campaignsthat meet the defied goals andobjectives.
  • Be the marketing operations lead by taking a leadership role in owning ourMarTechincludingHubspot, Trello andWebflow. This includessequences, workflows, and automations for marketing and customer success.
  • Track campaign performance across channels, report on KPIs, and recommend improvementsultimately lookingat how much new pipeline is added to the sales funnel through new demos booked/deals created.
You’llalso:
  • Work on key projects assigned to you thatlook to develop the marketing strategy, operations and agenda aligned toFirefish’s12- and 24-month goals.
  • Partner with key stakeholdersto manage and ensure performance of ourPerformanceMarketingagency who control our Paid SEM and Paid Social activity includingidentifyingand briefing test and learn opportunities.
  • Be a member of the team who lends their face and voice to our video content to communicate new product features and business messages as needed.
You’llexcel if you have:
  • Notable B2B marketing experience, even better if for a SaaS proposition, targeted at Small to Medium Businesses.
  • Hands on campaign execution across email, landing pages, social and other digital channels. A strong hands-on performance marketing background will be important to.
  • Strong experience in usingHubspot. We are looking for someone who has done more than send emails but used it to automate and drive more engagement through the sales and marketing funnel.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with ability to tailor communication style both internally and externally.An analytical mindset to look at data and make decisions, attention to detail, as well as a strong ability to edit copy across different channels.
