Marketing Business Partner - Marshalls Civils & Drainage/Water Management

Elland (2 days per week in the office)
Competitive Salary + Benefits

At Marshalls, we've been shaping the built environment since 1890. Across the Marshalls Group, our manufactured products define some of the nation's most iconic spaces - from Trafalgar Square to local streets and homes. Today, we're focused on building tomorrow's world: reducing carbon, managing water responsibly, and manufacturing products that support a more sustainable world.

We're now looking for a Marketing Business Partner to lead the marketing strategy for Marshalls Civils & Drainage (Water Management), one of our most strategically important business units, with major opportunities in infrastructure, utilities, and sustainable drainage.

So, What's the mission?

You will be the strategic marketing lead for the Civils & Drainage/Water Management Business Unit. Defining, delivering, and measuring high-impact campaigns that drive awareness, demand and commercial growth. Working closely with product, sales and our design and engineering experts, you will turn our technical expertise into clear, compelling value propositions for contractors, specifiers and water companies alike.

This role is about smart strategy and measurable results. Developing integrated, insight-led campaigns that move customers from awareness to advocacy and align with Group-wide initiatives like our "Built for the Future" ESG framework.

What are the mission-critical skills?
  • Strong experience leading B2B marketing in the UK construction or manufacturing sectors.
  • Proven ability to plan and execute ROI-focused, multi-channel campaigns.
  • Expertise in stakeholder management, agency briefing and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and influence decisions.
  • A confident communicator, skilled at turning technical detail into customer-led messaging.
What's in it for you?
  • Play a key role in a business with real environmental impact.
  • Shape the marketing strategy for a growth-focused business unit at a pivotal time.
  • Work within a collaborative team that's redefining how we market B2B construction solutions.
  • Enjoy hybrid working, 34 days' holiday, development opportunities and a full suite of wellbeing benefits.
Benefits
  • Flexible hours: this is a full-time role, but we know a balance of home life is important.
  • Hybrid working with two days per week in the office.
  • Guaranteed Christmas holidays.
  • Development opportunities.
  • 34 days per annum or the equivalent in hours (inclusive of bank holidays).
  • Health care cash plan: support with dental, optical, prescription costs and many more!
  • Enhanced maternity, paternity and adoption pay and leave.
  • 5% employer-matched pension scheme.
  • Cycle to work scheme.
  • Employee discount on Marshalls and Marley products.
  • Retailer discounts.
  • Marshalls Wellbeing Centre – move, money & mind.
  • Share purchase scheme.
  • Life assurance.
