An international law firm are recruiting for a Marketing & Business Development Manager to join their office in Jersey. The role holder will contribute to the ongoing expansion of the global Corporate practice by creating and executing a range marketing and business development strategies and initiatives.

The Responsibilities:

  • Assist the M&BD Senior Manager in creating M&BD plans and budgets for practice areas.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of specific initiatives within the M&BD practice area plans.
  • Contribute to the annual budgeting process for practice area M&BD activities.
  • Track and manage spend vs. budget for relevant practice area M&BD budgets.
  • Plan, organise, and execute global industry and client events, including client contact strategies.
  • Manage event logistics, liaise with third-party suppliers, and promote events through social media and the website.
  • Lead the creation and delivery of industry publication contributions and client updates via external channels.
  • Provide training and support on Peppermint CRM, and manage a team of 2 M&BD professionals to ensure the effective execution of plans.

The Candidate:

  • Experience in financial or professional services industry
  • Event organisation experience and CIM qualification preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong team player mentality.
