About the role

The GelBottle Inc. is on an exciting growth journey, and we're looking for a Marketing & Brand Executiveto be part of our vibrant, founder-led company. If you're passionate about working in a fast-paced environment and eager to contribute to a diverse portfolio of B2B and B2C brands, this is your chance to make a significant impact!

The Marketing Executive is responsible for shaping and delivering the marketing and brand direction across DKollection’s luxury villa portfolio, including properties in Mexico, Brighton, Croatia, and future destinations. Working closely with the Villas Operations Manager, this role combines brand strategy, digital marketing, and social media leadership to enhance visibility, drive audience engagement, support guest acquisition, and strengthen DKollection’s position in the luxury travel market.

The role requires hands‑on execution, strategic thinking, and strong visual and written brand storytelling, working collaboratively with Operations, Creative, and Partnerships to bring the brand to life across every platform and touchpoint.

Brand & Marketing Strategy

  • Develop and lead the marketing strategy for all DKollection properties, aligning activity to booking targets and seasonal demand.
  • Maintain and evolve brand positioning, voice, and visual identity across all platforms.
  • Create and manage an annual marketing calendar with clear campaign rhythms, seasonal priorities, and strategic initiatives.

Social Media Management

  • Manage all DKollection social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and any emerging channels).
  • Develop monthly platform strategies, content pipelines, storyboards, and posting schedules.
  • Create or coordinate the creation of compelling visual and written content that reflects luxury positioning and lifestyle appeal.
  • Manage community engagement, direct messages, audience growth, and influencer interactions.
  • Track platform performance and evolve strategy to maximise reach, engagement, and conversion.

Digital Marketing & Campaign Execution

  • Oversee digital marketing activities including:
    • Website updates & landing pages
    • SEO and content optimisation
    • Email marketing newsletters and automations
    • Paid boosts/promotions where required
  • Develop and run integrated campaigns aligned to events, offers, partnerships, and seasonal activity.
  • Ensure property listings across partner platforms and OTA listings remain on-brand, accurate, and conversion-optimised.

Content & Creative Coordination

  • Plan and organise regular content capture days in the UK and internationally when required.
  • Brief and collaborate with photographers, designers, and videographers to ensure brand consistency.
  • Manage asset libraries and ensure teams have access to up-to-date brand materials.

Partnerships & Brand Growth

  • Support villa events, weddings, guest experiences, and photoshoots as brand-facing opportunities.

Collaboration & Reporting

  • Work closely with Operations to align campaigns with revenue targets and property availability.
  • Produce monthly marketing and performance reports with insights and recommendations.

Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to support new launches and brand expansion.

About you:

A creative thinker with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for building standout brands. You thrive in fast-paced environments, love bringing campaigns to life, and know how to turn strategy into action.

  • Proven experience in marketing, social media management, or brand leadership.
  • Strong visual brand awareness and high-standard copywriting ability.
  • Hands‑on experience planning and executing social media strategies (not just commissioning content).
  • Proficiency with Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, Canva, and Monday.com (or similar).
  • Highly organised, proactive, and confident managing multiple deadlines.

Comfortable working both strategically and operationally — generating ideas and executing them.
