About the role

You will be working with a dedicated marketing team looking after the campaigns from Warner Records artists signed to our US label. These are amongst some of the biggest as well as most exciting artists on the globe.

Your role

This position will require the candidate to be organised, able to work to tight deadlines, entrepreneurial in spirit and ready to get stuck in all projects across the roster.

Here you'll get to:

• Create and update marketing plans, timelines, release schedules, media bookings, and memos.
• Contribute creative marketing and digital marketing ideas and coordinate content shoots and events.
• Conduct research projects, manage international repertoire data, and schedule using internal software.
• Handle internal processes for the Marketing team, including general assistant duties like invoices, travel, and expenses.
• Coordinate the commission and approval process for marketing assets and liaise with internal/external project teams.

Requirements

• Experience working within a record label or music environment, with a passion for music and marketing.
• Collaborative team player with good communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work autonomously, problem-solve effectively, use initiative, and be dedicated, diligent, and open to learning.
• Organised, efficient, and able to prioritise tasks with good timekeeping skills.
• Detail-oriented with an excellent level of accuracy.

Preferred

• Experience working in music.
• Experience using multiple online tools including spreadsheets, email and creating presentations.
• The ability to multitask and work under pressure.
