Job summary

Silcom Recruitment Limited are recruiting exclusively on behalf of an established business based in Hedge End. The Marketing Assistant will support the marketing manager to promote products and services, ensuring strong exposure through local media channels.

Responsibilities include campaign planning, content creation, event coordination, and campaign analysis. The role offers career development, with typical Monday to Friday hours 8:30am–6:00pm.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer satisfaction skills.
• Confident communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Strong attention to detail.
• Effective organisational and time management abilities.
• Knowledge of relevant marketing tools and applications is considered a bonus.
• Experience in Canva and mail chimp preferred.

The Package:

• Salary up to £24,000 basic {depending on experience}.
