About The Role

This hands‑on role supports the Marketing Team across campaigns, PR, events, activations, and photoshoots. From briefing and reporting to campaign coordination, you’ll help keep projects running smoothly, ensuring everything aligns with our brand direction, on time and on budget.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Support the Marketing team in planning and delivering multi‑channel campaigns.
  • Manage campaign timelines, maintain the marketing calendar, assisting with regular status reports to keep projects on track.
  • Assist the team with events, trade shows, photoshoots and brand activations from planning to execution.
  • Support PR activity, including the support of our agency partners with requests across both trade and consumer titles.
  • Organise and manage product send‑outs to influencers, salons and press.
  • Track send lists, prepare packaging and coordinate shipping with operations.
  • Assist with the proofreading and approval process for marketing assets to ensure accuracy, consistency and brand alignment.
  • Work with the Sales & Education teams to align marketing with business priorities and create regular salon‑facing content and communications.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and assets.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Assist with budget tracking, purchase orders and administrative support.
  • Help keep internal folders, documents and resources organised and up to date.
About You

  • Marketing graduate and/or experience within a marketing assistant/coordination role.
  • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • A proactive communicator who thrives in cross‑functional teamwork.
