Role Overview

We’re looking for a Marketing Assistant to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for marketing, design and digital communications to build their experience in an agency environment. While experience is not necessarily a must, the ability to talk confidently about marketing and how you see your marketing career develop most definitely is.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and print channels.
• Assist in content creation for social media, blogs, newsletters and client communications.
• Help manage client social media presence, including scheduling posts and increasing engagement.
• Manage our social media feed and increase engagement.
• Gather market/competitor intelligence to inform campaign strategies.
• Collaborate with designers and developers to ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
• Assist with client project coordination, including ensuring timelines are met and the required reporting is delivered.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare analytics, suggesting where improvements could be made.
• Provide general administrative support to the team.
