Overview

Our client has a permanent vacancy for a bright, creative and tech-savvy Marketing Assistant to support their Head of Marketing. This is a varied and hands-on role where no two days are the same. You\'ll get involved in everything from creating social media content and running campaigns to organising events and liaising with stakeholders.

Following probation, there is potential for hybrid working.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and create content for social media channels, including videos, graphics and written posts.
  • Plan and maintain the social media content calendar.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
  • Write, proofread, and upload content for press releases, blogs, newsletters, emails and the website.
  • Organise and attend firm events, including seminars, corporate events, and external networking events and maintain the event calendar.
  • Order, update, and maintain branded promotional materials and stationery.
  • Assist with marketing campaigns and measure their performance for reporting to partners.
  • Maintain the marketing inbox and internal communications.
  • Liaise with internal departments, charity partners, suppliers and clients.
  • Respond to client reviews.
  • Support the Head of Marketing with daily tasks, reporting and data analysis.
About You

You\'re ambitious and full of ideas. You\'re a fast learner, comfortable with technology and keen to develop your marketing skills. Ideally, you\'ll have a formal marketing qualification and at least 12 months\' experience in a marketing role.

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
