About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our sales and business development teams. This position focuses on traditional marketing and client engagement rather than digital campaigns. Tasks
  • Support the sales and marketing teams with day-to-day administrative and promotional tasks
  • Prepare marketing materials, brochures, presentations, and sales packs
  • Assist with planning and organising trade shows, exhibitions, and client events
  • Coordinate internal and external communications, ensuring brand consistency
  • Manage stock of marketing collateral and promotional merchandise
  • Conduct market and competitor research to support sales initiatives
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and partners to ensure smooth campaign delivery
  • Track and report on marketing activity performance and sales leads
  • Maintain and update CRM databases and client contact lists
  • Support tender submissions, proposals, and presentation materials
