Job summary

BioPhorum Operations Group in London is seeking an ambitious Marketing Assistant to join a fast-growing life sciences team. You’ll gain hands-on experience across content, digital, brand, events, social media, and supplier-led projects within a busy B2B pharma environment.

You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver impactful marketing activity across the pharma and life sciences sector, gaining broad exposure in a collaborative, fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related discipline.
• Strong MS Office and PowerPoint skills.
• Some experience with content creation, social media, or digital marketing.
• Video editing skills desirable.
• Interest in pharma or life sciences for B2B marketing.

Responsibilities

• Writing and editing newsletters, emails, website copy, and digital content.
• Supporting social media content creation and scheduling.
• Assisting with product launches, marketing collateral, and presentations.
• Updating website content and coordinating digital activity.
• Editing podcast and webinar recordings.
• Supporting conferences, exhibitions, and events.
• Coordinating supplier-led projects across design, web, and content.
• Conducting market and competitor research.
• Supporting reporting, data management, and budget administration.
