We’re now looking for a Marketing & Communications Assistant to support our multi‑brand portfolio with compelling content, smart campaigns, and standout communications that engage clients, inspire colleagues, and fuel business growth.

What you’ll be doing
  • Create engaging content across multiple formats — written, visual, and video — for digital and physical channels
  • Support the planning and delivery of B2B marketing and communication campaigns to drive client engagement and new business leads
  • Assist with internal and external communications, including targeted campaigns for key clients
  • Design marketing materials such as presentations, flyers, event collateral, and digital assets
  • Champion and guide the use of brand guidelines across several brands within the Foodbuy Group
  • Elevate presentations and sales materials to a high professional standard
  • Equip our sales teams with compelling digital collateral
  • Support planning and delivery of company events
  • Play an active role in developing and shaping our new internal communications platform
Who we’re looking for

Essential skills & qualities
  • A strong interest in marketing, communications or insight
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A creative, innovative mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, brands and deadlines
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially PowerPoint
  • Confident managing your own workload and collaborating with stakeholders
  • Understanding of B2B social media (especially LinkedIn)
Preferred experience
  • Experience in a similar marketing or communications role
  • A degree in journalism, marketing, design, communications, English or similar
  • Knowledge of hospitality, leisure or food & beverage sectors
  • Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., Umbraco) or email tools like Mailchimp
  • A passion for food, beverage or procurement
